Residential Rates
Residential Rate (Rate Code 01)
Available for domestic use to all residential customers. Service under the residential rate shall apply only to gas service in a single private dwelling and its appurtenances. The residential rate shall not apply to such institutions as schools, clubs, fraternities, churches, hotels, governmental office space, or the space in any residential building primarily devoted to usage as an office or studio for professional or gainful purpose.

R.V.U.R Requirements and Application
Customer who qualify for our Residential Volume User Rate (R.V.U.R.) receive a 6 cents per therm discount off the regular residential rate. Customers will not be automatically assigned to this rate structure and MUST apply for this rate.

| CCF | Volumetric measurement of 100 cubic feet of gas. Residential, Schools, Housing Authorities, and Large Commercial Customers meter readings are reported in CCF (hundred cubic feet). |
| MCF | Volumetric measurement of 1,000 cubic feet of gas. Firm Industrial and Interruptible Customers meter readings are reported in MCF. |
| Therm | Energy measurement of 100,000 BTU’s. |
| Dekatherm | Energy measurement of 1,000,000 BTU’s. |
| BTU | British Thermal Units is a measurement of heat. |
