Working in your Neighborhood
At this time, our crews and technicians are still active in our service area to ensure the safety and continuity of our system. As a precaution, if you see our employees, please avoid approaching them and their work areas. If you do engage them, please be aware that they will be maintaining at least 6 feet of distance. In order to be consistent with CDC and other public health guidelines, we’ll also be keeping this recommended distance anytime direct interaction for essential services is required on customer properties, inside homes and businesses.

If you have a more complex issue and need to speak with a customer service representative, we are available to help you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (864) 859-6375. Our lobbies are currently open for business.
Stay Alert to Scams
Unfortunately, we all must be vigilant to the possibility of criminal activity, especially during times of uncertainty. Remember that Fort Hill never demands payment using money orders or gift cards. If you are unsure if a call or visit is legitimate, hang up or decline service and call us directly.
