Property owners who request gas service for
rental properties should be aware that some situations involving
rental units require a "master meter" to obtain gas service. Upon
site inspection by our distribution technician, you will be
notified of any master metering requirements. Owners are
responsible for the gas consumption and all underground piping
beyond the master meter. Fort Hill will construct only one service
line from our gas main to the location of the master
meter.
